We maintained PO for supply & apply of insulation. As the quantity was not fixed, we maintained PO with estimated value . We blocked the line item no.2 for future utilization.
Today we tried to make use of 100% PO value including blocked line item. Now, the po is showing budget exceeded. Please look in to the matter & justify. We need to account the invoices.
