Please check method: /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_MOFM_PERSON->/SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~UPDATE

* form of address    IF ls_cll_person-title_key IS INITIAL.
* validation error      CALL METHOD mo_cll_message_handler->add_validation_error        EXPORTING          iv_msgno      = 019          iv_msgid      = '/SAPSRM/CLL'          ioe_error     = loe_cll_person          iv_field_name = 'TITLE_KEY'.      EXIT.    ENDIF.

I suppose you need a modification to disable this check...
