Hi Denis, I completely agree with you - but recently the software packages come in 5 parts - Interestingly, the 1st part is part1.exe and the rest of the 4 parts are as usual parts that can be ran on Linux machines. then the question is how do we extract the part1.exe as in the extension is .exe or executable which cannot be ran on *nix machines but only on Windows..
Only way is to extract part1.exe on Windows and then proceed with on Linux, and we recently had to do the same or else we couldn't continue with the installation-
please correct me if I am wrong.
