Converting a codepage from CP1251 to UTF-16

Hi all,

I have a file that is in CP1251 for Russia that needs to be converted to UTF-16.

I want to take this input file and translate to the UTF-16, so I'll be doing GUI_UPLOAD into internal table and want to convert to UTF-16 to store in another internal table and give the output.

Any specific ideas?  Same code would be fantastic!
