how to add custom fields in Header and Item wise in f-02?

Hello Experts,

      I want to add more than 10 custom fields in F-02 at header level and 5 more fields i have to add in item wise.For header level i found a

BADI: FI_HEADER_SUB_1300.In this badi i am calling asubscreen name and number.

     Now whats my problem is in the subscreen i created 10 fields,but in f-02 its displaying only 2 fields.I mentioned the screen shot below.Please find that attachment and give the steps how to add the fields in f-02.
