BAPI 'BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK' not validating the header properly.

Hi ,

i have 1 program for validating the lineitems for fb01 check using bapi 'BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK' , this document has 1 header lineitem i.e bkpf and remaining bseg .

Now the issue is my bapi is not validating the header data properly for eg : if the document in already posted with the same reference key i.e XBLNR then it not showing error in that .

do i have to do something so that it performs correct checks.
