Hi,

You have created the authorization object with two fields. The User name has to be passed with FOR USER keywords not as ID. Like

AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT ' obj name' FOR USER sy-uname

ID 'ACTVT'  FIELD '02'

ID 'ACTVT'  FIELD '03'.
