Create another sales order with required delivery 1 day in future (next workday). As result of the scheduling the planned GI date will lie in time slot 5 of the current day.

Create Outbound Deliveries
Create outbound deliveries with reference to the sales orders from previous steps.

Create Picking Waves
Outbound deliveries are consolidated into waves according to time criteria. The time of comparison for forming wave picks is set to “Goods Issue Time”.
Procedure
- 1. Access the activity using the following transaction:

- 2. In the Create Picking Waves According to Delivery Compare Times Screen enter the following data:

- 3. Choose Execute.
- 4. Note: different picking waves are proposed for different time slots
- 5. Expand the displayed groups.
- 6. Choose the picking wave with the outbound deliveries related to your first two sales orders.
- 7. Select only your outbound deliveries!
- 8. Choose Save.
- 9. Note the group number of the created picking wave.
Result
Picking wave is created.
Wave Pick Group created 2000000006
Create Picking Transfer Orders and Release Wave
Create picking transfer orders for the outbound deliveries. With the release of the wave the printing of the transfer order papers is triggered.
Procedure
- 1. Access the activity using the following transaction:

- 3. Choose Execute.
- 4. Expand the group to see the details
- 5. Select the picking wave.
- 6. Via Menu à Subseq. Processing à Transfer Order you reach transaction LT42 for creating the transfer orders
- 7. Enter the following data if they are not displayed automatically

- 8. Choose Enter.
- 9. In Screen Create TOs by Mult. Closing Screen for Groups select the line with the group and choose button Release/Print (F5)
- 10. Go back to wave monitor (F3 two times), confirm popup Exit Processing with Yes
- 11. Refresh
Result
- Transfer orders are created.
- Picking wave is released, pick transfer orders are printed.
- WM-Status has changed from A to B.
Check Pick Progress and Analysis
You can track the processing status of the wave picks with the wave pick monitor.
Note:
You can skip step 1 to 3 if you did not leave the picking wave monitor after the previous step.
Procedure

- 7. Go back to monitor with twice F3
- 8. Select the picking wave and choose button Analysis of Groups
Result
A global view on the picking wave status on delivery level is displayed.
Confirm Picking Transfer Orders
Confirm the picking transfer orders.
Note:
You can skip step 1 to 3 if you did not leave the picking wave monitor after the previous step.
Procedure
- 1. Access the activity using the following transaction:

Confirmation Status | Only open TO items |
- 12. Choose Execute.
- 13. In Screen Transfer Orders: List for Group choose button Remaining (Confirm rem. Items (F6))
- 14. Go back to picking wave monitor with button Back F3 and refresh.
Result
- The picking transfer orders are now confirmed.
- The withdrawal and the shipment of the materials to the goods issue area are confirmed.
- WM Status has changed from B to C
Check Pick Progress and Analysis
Check the pick progress again.

Post Goods Issue

Procedure

- 8. In Screen Goods Issue for Outbound Deliveries to be Posted select all deliveries and choose button Post Goods Issue
- 9. Confirm popup Specify Actual Goods Issue Date with Enter
- 10. Go back to picking wave monitor with F3 (two times) and refresh
Result
- Goods Issue is posted.
- GM (goods movement) status changed to C.
