Column level security in a webi Report

Hello Experts!

I am going nuts on this. Please advise

I have 4 Individual reports based on four difference user roles.

Client do not want to maintain 4 different reports instead he want a single report but want to see only the data meant for specific role.

I am thinking of creating a dummy dimension in the universe level and then assign to a list of values with the business roles ( as I do not know how the business role is configured as of now ) and use that as the Prompt and capture it as User response.

I want to merge all these four reports to one and based on the userresponse, want to hide the additional columns,

Please advise, what would would be the best way to achieve this.
