My client using positive Time Management and below is the scenario,
Annual leave quota is 18 days and it's calculation is Pro rata basis, as monthly 1.5 days,
If employee take leave more than 1.5 days in a month the rest of days system automatically should treat as Loss of pay,
For example
An employee take 2 days leave in a month, First 1.5 days quota deducted, remaining half day should treated as Loss of pay,
As its urgent requirement, please provide some information to solve this issue,
