Experts,
I have an issue with the SF compensation forms . I have interfaced the data from SAP through the replication programs which returned no error and I could see the data in the API Log on the SF side.
But when I launch the forms none of the data seem to populate into the forms.I have checked the role permissions and the template and everything seems good.
I raised an SF support ticket and they checked and came back saying this is an API issue which they cannot handle .I had a SF expert look into it and he said to raise it with the professional services group. I raised a partner portal ticket and they said they cannot help either.
Could anyone of the experts guide me as to what would be going wrong. If I could see the data in the API log does that mean it has been populated in SF or is it in a staging area. Do I need to do anything more to get this data into the employee's profile?
Any help in this would be highly appreciated.
